Commercial grade carpet, also known as a low-level-loop carpet, is extremely thin and woven tightly and thick with mainly nylon fabric blends to withstand extra heavy traffic. Having your carpets cleaned on a routine basis can; not only improve the appearance of your carpet, but also extend the life expectancy tremendously, thus saving you money!!!
- Precondition spray applied to all carpeted areas
- The “3 steps” or “IAE”
- Inject carpet with hot pressurized water (coinciding with the correct chemical balance customized for your carpet)
- Agitate fibers to break soils loose
- Extract to remove soils
- Go back over cleaned area to “dry vac” and remove any excess water left behind to remove 95% of water from cleaning and leaving your carpets virtually dry
